The homeowners had recently moved into their apartment in the city. Their vision was to give their apartment a modern, luxurious feel. The clients were drawn to the simple yet luxurious feel of the Japandi style. An organic palette was developed incorporating deep browns, creams and black. Materials were inspired from nature - linens, stone, quartz and woods. Custom built-ins were designed for the fireplace wall, in the dining area and in the kitchen for beverage display. Gold accents added the final touched of luxury to the space.

Modern Luxury Apartment

The clients wanted a thoughtful electric/lighting plan that accommodated their lifestyle and was flexible for a variety of activities from entertaining to cozy movie nights. Ceiling details add an intentional design element to the lighting plan.

Furniture plan was developed to create various zones in the open floorplan. The goal was to have a comfortable yet luxurious feel to the entire design.
